Great book on Dashboards: Information Dashboard Design

Stephen Few has recently published “Information Dashboard Design” and I’ve just begun reading it. It is a great book, seems to be very approachable yet not lacking in anyway on depth. Along with his book you might be interested in taking a look at the website for his company Perceptual Edge. He will be putting his blog up there very soon and you will find lots of articles and a forum available.

I’m a software developer that’s been in “the biz” for about 15+ years. I’ve done development with C++/MFC, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, HTML, VBScript, Javascript, and the list goes on. And currently am doing development of Rich Internet Applications using Adobe Flex and other such tools. I plan on using this site to share some ideas, books and sites others might find of use or interest and things of that sort. While there will be a major focus on Software and it’s Design and Development, you never know what you will find here, as with many blogs.
