Great Site: ActionScript.org

Actionscript.org is a great community for flex and flash development. Their forums are very complete and full of information and useful, helpful, knowledgeable members. If you haven’t already I recommend checking it out.

  1. Hey,
    Actionscript.org is an awesome site!

I was looking at your post about the accordion problem, to which I found an answer/workaround.

I am however having a problem registering on actionscript.org. Could you let them know that the Verification Image is not showing up in the registration form.

  2. Hey JD first off thanks for checking out the place I’ve got a few more entries in the works for the blog. Such as some info on Cairngorm, some info/ideas on RIAs in general, and a kind of running thing of the successes and failures in a project I’m working on personally a UI Framework to go on top of the current Flex UI framework to handle dialogs and toolbars and draggable views and such. I’m hoping that one will show some ideas and ideas to avoid as far as development in general and just things like that. It’s always nice to show the errors made in my mind, those can be as enlightening and enheartening as anything.

Anyway, here’s what Jesse replied back to me after I left him a message on As.org:

“Yeah it was broken a week ago for a few days, then againf or about the last 48 hours. Both times for a different reason. Both now fixed.”
